OTTAWA, Canada (September 27, 2016) – European-based premium real estate firm Engel & Völkers officially launched its newest premium brokerage in Ottawa, marking the occasion with a grand opening celebration held at their shop located at 1433 Wellington Street West, #113, Ottawa, ON K1Y 2X4. Following the signature ribbon cutting at 4:00 p.m., guests are invited to attend the reception at Beckta Restaurant located at 150 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Engel & Völkers Inducts Top Real Estate Advisors Into Highly Exclusive Private Office Network at The Princeton Club of New York

 North American advisors join international real estate’s elite agents to provide high-end services to top clients

 NEW YORK, NY (September 22, 2016) – A number of Engel & Völkers’ top North American real estate advisors are invited to The Princeton Club of New York, on September 22 at 4:00 p.m. to be officially inducted to the brand’s ultra-exclusive Private Office network. Out of the 7,000 Engel & Völkers Advisors worldwide, there are now 62 who currently hold this designation.

The exclusive, invitation-only Private Office induction was followed by business meetings and speeches from top industry leaders. Guests heard from Constantin von Dalwigk, Head of Private Office, Florence Quinn, Founder and President of leading New York City-based Public Relations firm, Quinn PR, Publisher and Editor in Chief of Mansion Global, Mae Cheng, and Luxury Sales Director of Wealth Engine, Moira Boyle. In order to join Private Office, advisors within the Engel & Völkers network must be nominated by their brokers and are selected based on their consistent, year-after-year production numbers, market expertise, notably high-quality service and passion as real estate professionals.  Clients are also asked to comment on their service experience as part of this process. Nominees are then submitted to a North American selection committee who decide which candidates meet all requirements for final submission to the Head of Private Office in Hamburg, Germany.
